Quadra® is a revolutionary, contemporary technique which allows the installation of a modular antivibratory system on any kind of surface, with minimum problems and maximum effectiveness. It is a different way of achieving a floating slab without the need to concrete “in situ”, avoiding in this way the time taken for it to harden. It eliminates unnecessary overloading when installed outside. Rain water can circulate freely underneath without affecting the antivibratory element. The Quadra® system is very flexible. The slab surface can be extended depending on the number of machines to be installed. It simplifies any change in location making it quick and clean, without the need for demolition and by reusing the same pieces. Simplicity in joining based on sheet metal and rustproof levelling screws. It can be extended to the desired surface. It is adaptable to the correct “machine-slab” weight ratio by the superpositioning of slabs. The total slab is placed and levelled on the existing paving using specific rubber-spring antivibratory elements or a continuous antivibratory element, depending on the requirements. Once assembled, the machinery can be installed immediately.
